Eating on the Wild Side: The Missing Link to Optimum Health is one of the most interesting books that have come out in this genre recently. This book does a great job explaining the background of many of our overlooked modern food items and how different variations of the same foods can have much more nutritional value and higher levels of antioxidants. This book does present some recipes but isn’t really a full blown cookbook. However, if you are into health and nutrition, its really worth a read as the book is full of new and cutting edge information.
